Shamballa Jewels is looking for an energetic and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to support the growth in the German-speaking markets. Leveraging your sales expertise in high-end products, this position offers you a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a well-established luxury brand within these markets.
Reporting directly to our Sales Director, your role will focus on enhancing the brand recognition and sales of Shamballa Jewels in the expanding German-speaking retailer network.
You must be highly flexible regarding travel, as the position requires approximately 100 travel days annually.

Key Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and positioning of Shamballa Jewels in your markets. Your core responsibilities will include:
•Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors in Germany-speaking countries to ensure long-term loyalty.
•Sales Channel Development: Conduct sales training and support the development of key staff with retail partners in your markets.
•Sharing Best Practices: Spend time on the floor with sales teams at retail partners, sharing best practices and demonstrating the value of Shamballa Jewels' concept to new and potential accounts.
•Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market analysis to understand customer bases, identify competitors, and explore opportunities in existing and new markets.
•Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to effectively introduce Shamballa Jewels’ products to new and existing end consumers through your accounts.
•Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market developments, and other relevant metrics to the Sales Director.
In addition, you will continuously monitor market developments and competitor activity, proactively adjusting strategies to optimize performance and ensure sustained growth in a dynamic market environment.
About You: Energetic Sales Professional with a Premium & Luxury Retail Mindset
You have prior sales experience in retail and potentially wholesale, preferably in the luxury industry. Success in this role depends on your deep understanding of sales operations at the floor level with end clients and your ability to leverage this insight to develop effective sales strategies. Experience in multiple countries is advantageous.
Proven experience in high-end luxury environments, along with a strong understanding of client customization and bespoke solutions, is considered essential for this role.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential, while proficiency in additional languages, like French, Italian, or Spanish, is a plus.
