The Role

As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll be based in our Copenhagen office and work closely with new and existing customers, primarily brands within the fashion and lifestyle industry. Your main responsibilities will involve onboarding/training of new users and providing continuous customer care on the Delogue PLM platform. Your goal is to ensure our customers use the system as effectively as possible to meet their business objectives and that they remain customers for many years to come. This role requires a solid understanding of the work processes involved in fashion or lifestyle product development.

Your Responsibilities

Onboarding of new German and international customers by guiding them through the setup and implementation of the Delogue PLM platform. This includes process analysis, configuration of existing IT, and hands-on user training.

Provide daily expert customer care and support to ensure our customers are successful and challenges are solved.

Conduct training sessions, both remotely and in-person, to help our users master the platform.

Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their unique challenges in fashion product development and helping them leverage Delogue PLM to its full potential.

Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with our product and development teams to drive improvements and development of new features.

Drive up-sell opportunities whenever possible

We're looking for

Excellent both German and English communication skills (verbal and written)

A solid understanding of the fashion or lifestyle industry, particularly in product development, design, and production.

Passion for technology and an eagerness to develop new skills.

Talent for explaining complex topics in a simple, clear way.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Natural patience, humility, and a passion to guide customers effectively to success.

A structured approach to work diligently and follow up on ongoing processes, as well as a solid understanding of complex processes and the ability to maintain focus.

Required Experience:

● 3 years of experience in design or buying roles within the Fashion/Apparel industry

● Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Experiences (not mandatory):

● Experience with Delogue PLM or another PLM system

● Experience with Business Central or another ERP system

● Teaching and project management experience
